Executive spacious and clean 5yr new home in quiet neighbourhood nestled in a private treed lot, a short walk to sandy Sauble Beach and Carson Lake. 3 finished levels with family sitting areas on all levels, 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths (one on each level!). This cottage has all amenities. Enjoy the beach with all the luxuries of home.
This cottage has 5 bedrooms two on lower level both with double beds, one on main level with single bed and two large upstairs - one with two double beds and the master with one queen. All mattresses and pillows are new! Master bedroom has a walk out to one of 3 decks. Three bathrooms: one on each level. Plenty of room for two families or extended family to share.
Main floor laundry:washer/dryer, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, central vac. Fully stocked kitchen, you provide the food : ) Satellite TV, DVD, surround sound stereo, this cottage is wired! 3 decks, patio furniture and bbq. Everything is here that you will need, just bring your linens, bathing suit and beach towel!
This is a privately owned family cottage in a quiet upper scale neighbourhood where people live year round. We are looking for renters that will respect that fact and act accordingly. If this describes you please give us a call!
