There is nothing ordinary about CARMEN s chalet.A beautyfull little wooden cottage reflecting its warm colors on the calm waters of river Saint Francois.The interior is resolutly modern with all the aminities and comfort you can wish . No constructions accross the river ! only trees,moose deers otters and beavers. Nearby,one of the 25 most beautyfull village in Quebec: acording to ACTUALITÉ magazine.Marbleton.With it superb beach ,golf course ,tourists curiosities and the great comerce(home made sausages).Also worth mentioning;The eastern townships forest is known to host less mosquitos in the province and NATIONAL GEOGRAFIC has declare it the best spot on eart to admire the autumn colors ! The owner, a tour manager who travel a lot leaves for you to enjoy many rare an original objets gathered in many different country.
A (swing )is now installed allowing one to throw oneself Tarzan style ! A pond fed by a cascade at 2 feet from CARMEN ! So relaxing. There is a double and a single bed in the solarium. This room cannot be heated . Only usefull to sleep in the warm months

If you have it at home its probably at CARMENs cottage as well. With it new queen size TEMPUR PEDIC bed,Internet acces, hd tv with satellite acces. micro-wave,fridg,stove ,convection grill, expresso coffe machine and regular one.juice extractor,raclette,blender,shower,bath, sound system with many cds dvds an extra tv for the kids to play electronic games in case of rain. a beautyfull canoo hand built by Hurons . Two hamacs,Two great bycicles and so much more ! The room kids love to sleep in is constituated of 5 patio doors where even the roof is translucid ! Added this year a great swing witch will propule you up hi and splash in the water !
