Description
|
This two bedroom, fully-serviced cottage just had a new bathroom renovation to make your stay more comfortable. Enjoy being on the tip of an island, essentially beside a lighthouse. You can walk the endless beaches, and clam dig when the tide is out. It's also a bird-watchers haven. A short drive from the town of Pictou and the city of New Glascow, both of which have all the amenities you will need.

Guests allowed: Yes. negotiable, $25 flat fee for campers per night

Equipments:
Fully-serviced cottage with power, water, TV, washer and dryer. New washroom with heated tile floor. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Decks on both sides of the cabin, and enjoy the deck furniture and bbq. Tap water is hard, so drinking water must be bottled water and individual showering time limited.

Location Information: Cariboo Island Cottage is located two lots away from the Cariboo Island lighthouse (approx 50 meters). Cariboo Island is connected to the mainland by a short (100 foot bridge), and is less than a 2 hour drive from Halifax. Surrounded by the water of the Northumberland Strait, there is endless beach on either side of you. You can see PEI from the front yard. The quaint town of Pictou is a 25 minute drive, and the city of New Glascow is only a 35 minute drive away. Full-services to the cottage.

$150 per night Monday to Thursday, $175 per night Friday to Sunday (minimum 2 night stay), $900 per week from June 1 to Aug 31. $110 per night or $700 per week Sept 1 - May 30. Monthly rates negotiable. $300 security deposit. Cancellation fee if cancelled within 60 days.
