Canadiana White Pine Cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage situated on a fully treed lot on a quiet bay at the North end of Soyers Lake, part of a 5-lake chain that offers great fishing and excellent boating.
The cottage features attractive decor that is rustic, homey and comfortable. There is an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with large windows overlooking both the lake and the forest. All walls are natural cedar and the floors are pine plank. The ceilings are beamed and vaulted throughout and are also pine plank.
Seven people can sleep comfortably with two bedrooms having double beds and the third bedroom with a set of bunks and one single bed. The bathroom has been completely renovated and includes a new toilet, sink and a shower. Water is drawn from 20 ft. below lake level and is put through a ultra violet filtration process to insure that it is perfectly clean.
There is a wood burning fire-place to enjoy a cozy fire on cool nights. A TV and player are available for your movie viewing pleasure as well as a satellite for television and a stereo for your enjoyment. There are two walkouts to a deck with a spectacular view of the lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Dishes, silverware and other accessories are new and plentiful. A barbeque is easily accessible on the deck that wraps around the cottage.
This cottage is sure to please the family who is looking for a quality cottage accommodation with lots of water to explore. The cottage comes equipped with a well furnished deck with table, comfortable seating and a propane barbeque. There is a delightful furnished shore deck for lounging closer to the lake action. There is an extensive dock so bring your bow rider or fishing boat with you. If you decide to bring your own boat, Bryson's Marine is within 10 minutes of the cottage and there is a good boat launch at this facility. Canadiana White Pine is located on a private road that approximately 20 cottages. This means it is a great place for walking and biking. There is no busy traffic to worry about.
