Beautiful, modern, fully renovated, winterized, 3 bedroom cozy 700 sq foot cottage plus attached partially covered deck. Entire cottage is tongue and grove pine wood with cathedral ceiling including 2 ceiling fans. Cottage has ability to sleep 8 if using queen futon in living room. Only a 2 minute walk to the entry to Parlee beach, and 5 min walk to the sand! Located in the private area of "the Bluff" Pointe Du Chene.
Please note looking more ideally at renting to small group or families. Not looking to rent as a party cottage to 8 people.
Waterfront: At water in less then 5 min walk
Heating: Electric heat throughout and propane fireplace
Children allowed: Yes. Fantastic cottage for children.
Guests allowed: Yes. Advise at time of booking how many and when if known as it can be discussed
Smoking: No. No exceptions for inside. Smoking outside only by fire pit.
Pets allowed: Yes. Depends on type/size and to be discussed at time of booking. Owners to pick up after dogs.
Equipments:
Stand up shower, washer, dryer, fire pit, sun deck 3/4 covered ( great if it rains) , picnic table, patio table with umbrella, bbq, swing, Rogers digital cable, 32" flat screen tv in living area, dvd, phone, incl. 120 mins of North American long distance per booking, high speed internet for basic email and browsing, double bunk bed with single over top and 14" tv with DVD player in room, queen bed & 21" master bedroom tv, sky light, propane fireplace, winterized, full size new stove and fridge, large and bright, open area dinette. Also has storage shed **( winter long term guests only) and parking for up to 4 cars/boats,etc. Nice size back yard to toss the ball around and enjoy the fire bowl or play horse-shoes. Quiet plowed street with some year round residences including directly across street.
