4 bedrooms are in the main building: one loft bedroom, the master with ensuite plus one guest bedroom on main level, one completely private bedroom with family room and bathroom on lower ( walkout ) level
5th bedroom in the guest house
central air, cable TV, wireless high-speed internet, games room, hot tub, horseshoe pit
outdoor kitchen eating / entertainment area with ultra large commercial gas BBQ, refrigerator, covered and screened ( for the rare time mosquitos are present,) eating area which is fully lit for evening dining, outdoor speakers, and covered hot tub
guest house has wood fireplace, w/screen TV & S/Sound, large 8 person ?family? dining or games ( ie cards, puzzle, scrabble, etc) table
6-7 minute leisurely walk along paved road directly from the back of the property to the 'walkout' ( NO STAIRS,) beach with clean sand ( NO STONES.) It ranks as one of Ontario's finest beaches with shallow water for the children, and several miles of shoreline to walk and explore and is located on the border of the PINERY PROVINCIAL PARK.
All of this plus Grand Bend's other features, (ie 'The Strip,' casual and 'fine' dining, pharmacy & medical clinic, grocery, movie rental , nightlife entertainment, etc.) just a short 5 minute drive away.

Rental Rates
|
RATE INFORMATION:
1. $ 2,750 / WEEK. Two (2) week, ( or more,) rentals during July & August.
2. Will consider one (1) week rentals during June and September at $2,250 / week, ( except weeks including a holiday, ie 'long weekends' which would be $2750)
3. If not rented long term in the winter will consider one (1) week rentals at Christmas &/or New Years at $2,250 / week (NOTE: Unable to show this properly on availability calendar, so call or email to discuss)
4. All rental periods are Friday to Friday with 5:00 PM (Earliest) check in, and 11:00 (Latest) check out.
5. WE ONLY BOOK AS A COMPLETE PACKAGE, ( ie main house and guest house together.)
6. If calendar shows not available you should still contact us 'just in case.' We will also put you on waiting list &/or reference list for the future if you wish.
