This luxurious, 1500 sq. ft. fully equipped Beach House is located on the Southern Shore of Eastern P.E.I., overlooking the spectacular Northumberland Strait. The beautiful sandy beach with its sprawling sandbars at low tide is just 20 steps off the front deck! The house is nestled in a quiet location with a galley kitchen and open concept living/dining area with cathedral ceillings. Also features ceramic and hardwood floors throughout, and all the modern conveniences. Relax on the long sandy beach or fully furnished deck, and enjoy the magnificient view of the Strait, and at times, the seals basking on the rocks nearby. Beautiful sunsets, bonfires at night, hiking, biking, kayaking, clamming, and beach combing can all be enjoyed from this location. Close to World Class Golf Courses and the Historic City of Charlottetown. Lots to see and do from this spectacular beach front location...

Equipments:
The house provides three bedrooms; two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. There is a double pull-out sofabed located in the livingroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic top stove, convection wall oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and numerous small appliances and utensils, including a large lobster pot.
The livingroom offers comfortable seating, a stereo/CD/DVD, and satellite T.V., and fireplace. The cottage has two bathrooms, with one located off the master suite. Washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area. Bath towels, beach towels, extra linen, and numerous games and books also provided. Two kayaks, bicycles, lifejackets, BBQ, and beach/sand toys also available on-site for your enjoyment.

Also 5-10 minutes from the villages of Murray River and Murray Harbour which has a bank, restaurants, country grocery store, deep sea fishing, sea plane tours, and unique shops. 2 minute drive from the Plough The Waves Center which has internet access, and a liquor store.

Rental Rates
|
All Rental Rates are subject to 10%PST and 5%GST(Tax).
Available year round.
Rents from Sunday to Sunday during peak season. Shorter stays may be welcome during off season. Please inquire.
Rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
Peak Season Rates: July & August $2000/week plus 10%PST & 5%GST.
Shoulder Season Rates: June & September $1000/week plus 10%PST & 5%GST.
Off Season Rates: $750/week plus 10%PST & 5%GST for two people (each additional person $100/week plus tax).
50% of amount due at time of booking with remainder plus 10%PST and 5%GST(tax) due at time of arrival. Payments payable by cheque or cash, preferrably in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign exchange accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.
