Bruce Haven Beach House, built in the summer of 2003, is a beautiful, oceanfront house that has a breath taking view. It has a 4 star rating with Canada Select. It is situated on 1.7 acres of land and meters from the water. You can listen to the ocean on the deck or walk the private beach. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the upstairs balcony or screened-in porch. We are only 5 minutes from the Wood Islands ferry and close to golf courses, restaurants and convenience stores.
Clam digging, swimming, biking, volleyball, badminton, soccer, sand box and horse shoes are some of the activities you can do at Bruce Haven.

Equipments:
Bruce Haven is a two story house. Upstairs it has a full bath, 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with twin beds, and a sitting area with a double hide-a-bed. There is also a balcony off the master bedroom. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, living room and dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washer and dryer. There is also a bedroom with a queen- sized bed. There are 2 deck areas, a screened in porch that has a BBQ and an outside shower. There is hardwood and ceramic flooring throughout. House also has TV, Satellite dish,DVD/VCR,stereo and all appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Internet available.

Location Information: Bruce Haven Beach House is located in Belle River, 5 minutes from the Wood Islands ferry service that connects P.E.I to Nova Scotia. Turn off the Trans Canada Hwy onto Factory Road. Drive to the end of this road and turn left onto Waterview Lane. Bruce Haven is on the right and has a nice beach.

Prices are in Cdn dollars. A deposit of $1000 at the time of booking confirms your reservation. Spring/Fall rates 1/2 price.
