It has everything, a beauifull comfortable cottage, great beach, large double lot to play on and quiet and privacy when you want it.

Notes
Swim and Play all day on a beautiful sandy beach (Parlee) build sand castles or gather shells, or maybe you like to nap on the sand.
Then back to the cottage for happy hour, maybe a freshly caught lobster dinner or bar-b-, a camp fire and sing-a-long or a couple of lawn games or my favorite, a nice walk on the beach before retiring in your comfy bed. What a life!
