Two ocean waterfront log construction homes located on the Argyle Shore of Northumberland Strait. Each home has 3 bedrooms, and can accomodate up to 14 persons when both homes are rented.

This unique 1-1/2 acre landscaped property has over 350 feet of ocean waterfront, and includes inground swimming pool, (heated from June 19th to Sept. 6th). The beach is right at your doorstep.

This is the perfect for a quiet romatic getaway for couples, or for family and friend get-togethers.

Charlottetown, Cavendish Beach, Confederation Bridge, and the airport are within a 20 to 30 minute drive. Three golf courses and the picturesque village of Victoria-by-the-Sea, are within a 10-15 minute drive.

Argyle Shore is rated one of the best beaches in PEI and central to everything on the island!

Cottage Rental Facilities
Two beautiful cottages constructed from logs with natural wood varnished interior. See the floor plans at www.rentargyle.com.

Main floor - open-style kitchen, dining and family room area with cathedral ceiling. Also on the main floor master bedroom, full bathroom (tub and shower) and washer/dryer. Upstairs has two bedrooms.

Linens, bedding, beach towels, laundry detergent, and propane gas for the BBQ are included.

You will find generous seating on the outdoor decks with a beautiful view of the ocean with amazing sunsets.

The heated pool has a large terrace with lounge chairs and poolhouse.

This is one of the nicest beaches to be found in PEI with warm and shallow water, great for swimming or kayaking. The beach at low tide is wide and long perfect for walking on the beach, clam digging and building sandcastles.

Rates
2010 High season:
June 19 - September 4th.
$1,650 per cottage/week, plus GST and PST

2010 Low season:
May 22 - June 19th & Sept. 4th - October 31st.
$1,250 per cottage/week, plus GST and PST.

Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday only.
Check-in is 3:00 p.m., check-out 10:00 a.m.

A 30% deposit is required at time of booking, balance due June 1st, 2010.

6 weeks notice of cancellation is required, deposit will be refunded less $100 administration fee.

Personal cheques and money orders accepted.

Pool will be heated from June 19th until Labour Day (Sept. 6th, 2010)
