Description
|
Our home is a one storey house with a finished basement. The main floor has one large bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double beds), spacious living room, dining room (6 chair table set, electric fireplace), a well equiped kitchen (island with 2 stools, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc). The finished room in the basement has 1 bathroom, 2 hide-a-bed couch that open's up as 2 double beds. Our home has a lot of ameneties such as washer, dryer, patio, BBQ, bathroom towels, bed linen and blankets, outdoor furniture, satelite tv, AIR CONDITION SYSTEM, iron, wireless high speed internet, etc.
The basement is very nice for those who have kids . The basement is finished with a room with 2 TV's, one with the satellite dish and the other with PS2 console. There is also a bathroom in the basement.
Waterfront: only 2-4 min. drive from various beaches
Heating: Heat Pump with AIR CONDITION
Guests allowed: Yes. Extra cost may apply
Pets allowed: Yes. please inquire on pet permitted

Approximate driving time is as follow: Shediac is 12 min, Moncton is 30 min, Pays de la Sagouine is 30 min, Fundy National Park is 60 min, Confederation bridge is 30 min, NS is 30 min.
