Cottage Rental Facilities
This cozy cottage in Tobermory has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! There are books, games, movies, and even an extra TV in the "kids' bedroom" for playing video games (PS 1, N64 & Sega). The spacious treed lot is very private (we also own the wooded lot next door). The kids can "blow off steam" on the wooden play structure, with swings and slide. There are many outdoor games to enjoy as well. Kids love to hunt for frogs, minnows, salamanders, & other interesting creatures. There is a wonderful variety of wildlife: hummingbirds, chipmunks, blue heron, loons, and an occasional visit of a fox. Relax with a good book on the lawn swing or in the "muskoka" chairs down by the water and catch the lake breezes. At night, light the outdoor candles and enjoy a glass of wine while you soak in the soothing new HOT TUB. Or, tell stories around a blazing fire in the pit & toast marshmallows while star-gazing. The perfect opportunity for some quality time with family & friends. You won't want to leave!

>Everything was perfect even the weather. Irina (07)

We found the cottage to be clean and just as described. Once again thanks. We had a great vacation. We would like to come back again sometime. Maybe we will see you again next fall. Thanks, Debby (2007)

You're very lucky to have such a nice home-away-from- home, and thank you so much for letting us enjoy it as well And we did enjoy the hottub almost once a day. Our week at your cottage was so relaxing...just the type of place I was hoping for Thanks again, Lisa (2007)

It was beautiful. Even the things beyond your control were awesome. The hot tub was perfect for those cool evenings and the stars were out of this world. The people in Tobermory were great and we went to the Legion's first seasonal fish fry, which was tasty. We went on the Chi-Cheeman dinner cruise and loved that too. We did a bunch of hiking during our days. I'm sure we'll be emailing to book next year. John and Kerry (May 2008)

I had a great time, and I love your cottage. Thanks, Mike (April 2008)

...we had a great time at the cottage. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed going to flower Pot Island, Cyprus Lake and singing sands. We spent a lot of time enjoying the scenery and sun from the deck while the kids played on the swings. Thanks again, Rocco & Rosanna (July 2008)

We are back from a wonderful week in Tobermory!! We had an amazing time, saw tons and enjoyed the cottage. I will send off some pics of the boys with the frogs. It was an amazing week, thanks so much for renting to us. We would love to book again for next year. Stacie (2008)

We had a wonderful week in Tobermory. Your cottage was everything we had hoped it would be. It's very comfortable, homey and inviting. You provide all the comforts of home and more. On our first afternoon there, we were so impressed with your cottage, and the scenery as we sat out on your swing and took it all in while listening to your cd's. The outdoor speakers were great. Taking in the view from the hot tub in the mornings was unbelievable. We enjoyed a lot of sight seeing. I didn't realise there was so much to do up there. We have tons of great pictures and lots of wonderful memories. It was the perfect place to spend our 25th anniversary! We would love to come back again if you continue to rent out your cottage, but the next time we would want to do it for 2 weeks, as there was not enough time to do everything. We would like to go scuba-diving and kayaking the next time. We are very thankful that there are people like you who are willing to share what you have with others. Thanks again for a terrific holiday. Joe & Donna (Sept. 2008)

We had a fabulous time in Canada, and our time at your cottage was great. As recommended by you, we did the glass bottom boat tour, singing sands, visitor centre.and we went hiking at Cyprus Lake. We walked to the grotto and overhanging point which was beautiful. We also rented Kayaks and went out on the lake. The boys loved the lake at your cottage, and caught a variety of creatures in the nets we bought them, including fish, frogs, a snake and even a turtle!! (or very big terrapin I'm not quite sure!)

The also enjoyed the sweetshop very much, and we had a fabulous meal in the Grandview Restaurant. We were the first to arrive so we got a great table with an amazing view. The food was delicious. We also had some really good breakfasts in Craigies. We also had fabulous weather every day, which was wonderful and made a big change from the horrible weather that we have been having in the UK. Thanks, Mel (2008)
